Just Salad will be celebrating the grand opening of its new location in Coral Gables throughout this week. Located at 2346 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, furthering the brand’s rapid expansion across Florida in 2022. The Coral Gables store will be Just Salad’s 10th location in South Florida, and 12th overall in the state.
Just Salad is excited to bring its mission of everyday health and sustainability to the Coral Gables community. Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups, smoothies and more when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s “Iconic Salads” – the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch, and Tokyo Supergreens – as well as the brand’s “Earth Friendly” menu board, featuring salads with low carbon footprints.
With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, Coral Gables residents are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing a bowl for $1 and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse. To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions as part of its grand opening celebration:
- $5 Meal Days: Every customer who orders in-store on Wednesday, December 14 – Saturday, December 17 from 12pm – 2pm and 4pm – 6pm will receive a discounted $5 meal.
- VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Tuesday, December 20.
