Is Coral Gables working on providing testing for Gables residents? Residents are wondering if Coral Gables will provide in-home testing services like other municipalities in Miami-Dade County or at least a drive-through location.
This week the Village of Key Biscayne announced in partnership with the Key Biscayne Community Foundation that they began offering at-home testing through their fire department.
Coral Gables is home to the University of Miami, Baptist Health of South Florida, Doctor’s Hospital and Coral Gables Hospital. We reached out to several commissioners who indicated they are in favor of putting together testing for residents. Gables Insider has not received an response from the City Manager’s office on this issue.
