The owner of Kiki on the River, the “modern Greek restaurant inspired by life on the Miami River”, has leased 6,387 square feet of on Miracle Mile to create a “new concept in fine dining” in the heart of Coral Gables.
Roman Jones, the owner and operator of Kiki on the River and Madrake, restaurants well-known for attracting celebrities, has leased the space at 65 Miracle Mile, previously occupied by Tarpon Bend Raw Bar & Grill, which closed earlier this year.
The plan is for a fresh, new menu inspired by the City Beautiful which promises to deliver in the tradition of Roman Jones’ highly successful culinary experiences.
A grand opening is planned for the upcoming holiday season.
The lease was handled by Kerdyk Real Estate. Kerdyk Real Estate is located in Coral Gables whose President is William ‘Bill’ Kerdyk, Jr., former Vice Mayor and Commissioner for 20 years.
